"Passepartout is not a place to stay for older people. The elevator stops between floors (it's an old building), so some stairs are necessary. There are no grab bars in the bathroom. The staff are excellent, and the neighborhood is great, with good restaurants nearby. Reception hours are limited to 8:45 AM to 7:00 PM. It is more a guest house than a hotel."

"Everything was perfect at Piccola Navona. We were treated with care and they seemed truly happy we were staying with them. We had our breakfast cooked for us. Snacks available as well. The location is perfection! Walkable to everywhere. Campo dei Fiori is right around the corner and taxi stand is across the street! Will stay here again"

"We stayed here for five nights and found the room compact but perfectly adequate for our needs. A quick tip for those visiting in the spring: the A/C was not yet activated during our stay in late March and early April, as it isn't turned on until the summer months. Also, if you need to iron, there is a dedicated ironing room located on the 5th floor. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The continental breakfast was phenomenal a perfect way to fuel up before a day...

"This hotel is in an excellent location, staff is kind and professional, helped us book a taxi to the airport for 3am. The staff was very responsive to all my questions before and during our visit. The breakfast buffet is beautifully put together and delicious. The room was adequate and spacious. The rooftop area has an amazing view. Plenty of restaurants close by and walking is safe and simple. Highly recommend for a three day stay in Rome. "

"Location is excellent, the main tourist sights are all walkable and it is right near some lovely boutique shops. Our apartment was on the 1st floor which did mean we were kept awake on the Saturday night from revellers but it was quieter for the rest of our stay, although not quiet, even with the windows fully closed. Just to consider if you are a light sleeper. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed although some knives in the kitchen (there were only cutlery knives)...
