"Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. "Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes."

"A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! "

"The hotel is new, clean, funky, and right across the street from UT. The staff were great too. Only downsides are that the rooms are small and the only parking option is valet, which is expensive. Hotels should provide free parking to their paying guests, not charge them an exrtra $50 on top of the room rate. Not cool."

"Hotel was clean and free breakfast was a plus. Staff was friendly & room was comfortable. Pool was nice. My only complaints are the area because there is a large homeless population around the hotel. Walking around outside was sketchy. We were approached a few times by homeless people asking for money, food, or trying to flirt. The hotel lobby and bar do not have any a.c.
