"Great staff, great location, very clean. If you are doing a short stay (1-2 nights) it’s good. However I wouldn’t want to stay for a long time (longer than a night or two) the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and they don’t have black our shades so if you have trouble sleeping with light coming in you’ll have a hard time here. Good for a short stay, not ideal for a week or more."

It’s a good option if you don’t plan to be in your room much. When we arrived there was no staff to be found at all. We stood around for about 20 minutes before anyone came around to check us in. "We stayed for a long weekend and had a lovely time. Dominick is the host on site and makes homemade breakfast and keeps things tidy. I loved that they had free beach towels and beach chairs available to use, nice perk. Free street parking seemed plentiful."

Carpet needs to be replaced, has some bad stains i threw a towel on the bad spots. Shower had no water pressure. Checking in, night guy not very friendly at all. I walked into the room it was 93 degrees in the room.....I had to turn the AC on and wait to cool it down before moving in. I'm right in the middle.....I've stayed in better rooms...

The breakfast was delicious and we ate it on the front porch and played scrabble- games are in the lobby to use, as well as beach chairs and towels to grab to go to the beach.
