"I believe this our 4th visit to the Malibu Beach Resort. It’s a terrific vintage motel (2 stories, L shaped, with a pool in the courtyard). "I really, really loved my stay at the Sea Jay Motel in Treasure Island. The whole property radiates a fun retro, mid-century modern vibe—think Golden Girls meets classic Florida beach motel. "Across the street from the beach, great sunsets from balcony! Spa like feel to this property. Comfortable bed and beachy/spa decor. Bikes available, beach towels, cooler and beach chairs also available at no additional fees. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to restaurants down the street. Would highly recommend and we plan to return again."

"Great place and great service and very close to the beach!! Only down side was that the mini split wasn't enough for the size of the room (suite). Also, there are cube block windows which transfer a lot of sunlight into heat, which is why the mini split couldn't keep up. Made a suggestion to management about just putting a curtain or blinds over those window blocks. That would help a lot. "

"I booked this at the last minute and I'm glad I did. It's towards the end of the strip and next to the residential area. Its only a few minutes walk to the main part of the strip and there are restaurants and bars all along the way. It's a block from the beach. The property was well kept and quite chic. The property management was easy to reach and were very responsive and let me check in early as I was put on an earlier flight. I have no complaints and I enjoyed it there. "
