"Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The castle wall is just outside the window so shades were normally closed. Front staff was great, would great you when you arrived and “have a nice day” as you exited. Breakfast was marginal. Order off a menu without a clear description of what you are ordering. Restaurant staff was un attentive, typical for the Balkans, however more so at this location, we sat and listened to a heated discussion between two employees one morning, who knows what it was about. Also, all the goods for the restaurant get delivered in the morning… through the restaurant."

"Hotel Cattaro is fabulous! I love that it's in Old Towne Kotor and so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our ride back to Zagreb cancelled the night before our departure and I was panicked! The staff members were awesome, took the helm and ensured our transfer happened. I felt like hugging them! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "The host, I forgot the gentlemans name, was polite and welcoming. Apologetic as many people came at once but thats understanding, he cant control that. Showed the suite which was clean. Right in Old Town Kotor, within the walls. Access and access controls were great. Sound insulation was great. Excellent amenities and to stay right in the town was wonderful. The only downside which is not a reflection of the owner was parking. I came at the tail end of tourist season and they (the whole country) jack up all costs 300% or more, shame on them, so public parking which is usually €0.80/hr becomes €3.20/hr. Find free parking if you can (come before 8 am or after 8 pm). Would stay here again!"

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful/ we had to check out early so they prepared a lunch bag with sandwiches fruit and drinks as we missed breaky "

"Property is in an excellent location in Kotor. It is within the city walks, very close to the start of the fortress walk and just steps way from the main squares and sights. Welcome was excellent and informative and room facilities as described. The double room had a shared kitchen (with one other room) which was well equipped and being right next to the room it was very handy. Good coffee machine too. Air conditioning was efficient and bathroom clean with a good walk in shower. A very enjoyable stay. "
