Cari Hotel di Perbandaran Kotor

"L'accueil a été au top, personnel très aimable. Literie propre et confortable. Chambre également rien à dire, le confort y était."

"Good"

"Breakfast was fantastic. One female member of the reception team was unpleasant to deal with. One day our room wasn't cleaned - we informed reception at 3pm, again at 5pm requesting clean towels which weren't delivered and again at 6.30pm. It was cleaned by the time we returned that evening but only after a difficult confrontation with the receptionist. All other staff were lovely to deal with. "I enjoyed everything about the hotel and their service. Their food was great and the receptionist Lara was so kind and helped us throughout the rest of our trip. I totally recommend this hotel."

"It’s a wonderful property. Has good facilities. Staff is helpful and cordial. There is no kettle in the room you need to ask for one. Steam is also a decently big and lovely The warm “chairs” -...

I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was...
