"Large, clean, well appointed room and bathroom. The mattress was in good condition (no sagging in the middle or the side). Lighting was good. Blackout curtains provided privacy and insulation against the sun and the air con worked well. Reception was polite, efficient and knowledgeable checking in and out. "Great customer service. The room was clean and all pictures are pretty much the same. The breakfast was amazing. The food at the lounge was good especially their signature burger and fairly priced. Location is great close to airport and a city star mall which was handy for the last day as Cairo can have very bad traffic. Overall really enjoyed my stay "
