We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "The front desk team is helpful. The room is comfortable, with plenty of parking, and in a good location close to Route 3 a short drive to NYC, restaurants and shopping. One complaint I would have is that on the last day while we were finishing packing our bags and getting dressed a cleaning person opened the door and yelled “time to check out”. I feel that the staff could have treated us more courteously in that situation. I understand that we might have been running late, but that made us feel uncomfortable as we left for the day. We stayed two nights but our room did not receive cleaning."
