"My room was clean for the most part but the headboard was dusty. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes. Great value. My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working. The location and the amenities were great. "Room was very clean and spacious. We had a room with two queen beds for 3 night stay. Great view of Union Station area with ferris wheel and soccer stadium. Easy walk to many activities and restaurants. Parking was extremely convenient and easy to use. $25/day and allowed to enter/exit throughout the day as you please. "The property exceeded my expectations, I've stayed at many courtyard hotels over the years and this was by far the best in every way. I was in town for a convention and the hotel was about 30 feet from the center, walk out of the hotel and into the convention center in about ten seconds, eliminating for me the need for rideshare."

Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. When I contacted the hotel about the issues they told me they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia. Also, when checking in for the second stay the night staff acted like they were super inconvenienced by someone checking in not something that you would expect when paying hundreds of dollars to...

"Beautiful rooms"

"This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town."

"We only had 1 bath towel in our room. I went down to front desk that night and requested another one. Guy said he would send some to us. Next morning no towels. I sent a chat thru Hilton app and called 30 minutes later. They said they would send someone. An hour later still no towel. I guess they need to buy some or hire some people that can deliver a towel."

"Absolutely torrid facilities and parking. Dilapidated construction with “King rooms” that can barely fit a pickup , rooms without microwave in 2026 - that too for $200+ a night? I would pass and spend money elsewhere. Staff and Breakfast are good, vintage Hampton Tier, the Building, room size and everything else reminds of a third world prison camp. Poor noise isolation, poor insulation, and all-round poor stay experience 2/10 at most , that too on a Sunday"

"Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money."

"Our stay was decent. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s across the street from the arch. The room we stayed in was and older room you can tell my the smell in the room and we did have some trouble with the plumbing the sink was slow to drain and the toilet struggled to completely flush."
