During our time there the hotel was under construction but the crew they hired was nothing but pleasant and the guests always came first. The only downfall to our stay was we noticed a large bug in the pool area which we think was a cockroach. Since it was an old building under construction we are not holding a negative review to this experience. Hotel staff and maintenance took care of this situation right away. "

"We were checked in by a semi-snarky clerk. We had to pay an extra $55 to have our car valeted overnight. Any other parking options were not safe or practical. The interior of the hotel was bright and shiny on the main floor but in dreadful repair elsewhere. E.g. the flooring on the exterior hallway corridor was coming up/non-existent, as was the elevator floor. The door to our room did not fit the jamb and had to be forced open and closed. "
