"This property is a great place with 1 exception: there was no hand soap for the bathroom. I requested some from the front desk and dish soap was sent up. I explained that I needed hand soap and was told they did not have any. I asked the ladies cleaning the rooms in the morning and received the same answer. It seems to me that a hotel of this caliber and expense could afford to have hand soap available. The breakfast staff, the valet staff, and the front desk staff were great. Acts 4:12"

The staff makes sure they go above and beyond, giving you that luxury vibe feel to your vacation. "Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking."
