"Only there for one night so nothing much to say. Front desk staff at check in and out were very friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. Ate at the Grill restaurant. Delicious. Excellent service. Usually stay there overnight when going to a show."

"The hotel is great, rooms are beautiful. However, I went for my birthday. I checked in Saturday for one night. My plan was to have dinner and go out that night and check out at 11 Sunday but stay at the pool for the day and have a few drinks. That was cut short bc they don’t allow you to use the pool once you check out and no expections. I have traveled around the world and never have I’ve been denied amenities on the day of check out. Suck a waste! I spent close to $600 just for a few hours...

"I didn’t like that I was unable to cancel one night of my stay, even though I was still within the period I could make modifications to it. The Dennis tower must be one of the old ones because it was not in good condition. I had absolutely no view. The windows were all frosted.
The staff around the hotel was friendly. The food accommodations outside of the venue where our event was held was very convenient."

"Showboat is not a casino anymore. It’s an amusement facility/arcade. Lots of children! No real restaurants on premises, just vending and a cafe.
The guest room was adequate but basic. There was no blow dryer. The ice maker wasn’t working. But the bed was comfortable and we were only staying one night, so it fit our needs."

"The room smelled damp and like smoke. The indoor hotel pool is the saddest pool I saw in a very long time - the pictures make you think it's a big, nice oasis - that is further from the truth. The pool is so small and so crowded - you can't even swim!!! what a waste of time"
