"Internet was fine. Room was spare, but very clean. Bed was quite comfortable. My room was located overlooking a covered interior courtyard which seemed to contain and increase noise levels, but it quieted down late evening. Staff was very friendly and quick checking in and out."

"The pool was closed right in the middle of the day on Friday for maintenance. Who does that? The pool was the reason I booked there. Very disappointed. Not very good planning on your part. Also, I have yet to receive a copy of my invoice by email as promised. "

"This was our first time staying here and unfortunately it will also be our last. My wife and I were only in town for one night because the place we usually stay had no availability that weekend. To start with the positives, the location for our purposes was ideal. It’s close to the mall and near Raymond James Stadium, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately the room had several issues. The AC barely worked and the room stayed hot most of the stay, especially before sundown. The bigger problem though was the sewer smell. Both the hallway and the room had a very strong sewer odor that made it hard to stay inside. We actually went to the mall and bought concentrated room spray from Bath & Body Works just to make the room bearable. Parking is also a nightmare. The spaces are extremely tight and if you leave in the evening, forget trying to find a spot after about 8 pm. There was also no coffee maker in the room, which was surprising for a Hilton property. The bed and bedding were comfortable, but even service was disappointing. We asked housekeeping for an extra towel for an early morning shower and were told they could not assist."

"Absolutely awful. I wish I could share the pictures. The first room they put us in was dripping from the ceiling onto my head and smelled like sour mold. The floor was soaking wet, with the plug for the AC sitting in water. The second room smelled like a hot tuna can, and both beds were broken, as well as the bathroom door broken. Door was so bowed from moisture that it dug into the ground and would barely shut. Not to mention I reserved a suite that was supposed to have 2 beds and a pullout couch, and both the first 2 rooms had only 2 beds for 5 of us. I asked if it was a suite and the man said no. I showed him that’s what I booked, and he said “sorry, we’re full”. In sorry but my booking was for a room you’re not putting us in. We were ready to walk at 2 am to find a different place to stay. They ended up putting us in a king suite with 1 king bed and a pullout couch. No sheets in the room. No hot water in the shower. Scalding hot at the skin in the kitchen. Dirty toilet scrubber by the toilets blood/brown stains on the mattress. So, so, so gross. We had a light flight and got in around 1:30 am, and leaving at 10 am. Any longer, we absolutely would not have stayed. Have never been in a place so disgusting. "

"This property has no food service and no bar service. They do not provide basic housekeeping on a daily basis, a fact which was not made known to guests in advance of their stay. The front desk staff was cordial and helpful. The $15,00 daily parking charge for self parking in their parking lot is just a money grab."
