"The room was fine. They were doing construction work, which made it messy. The room lock was broken, with the handle hanging down. Four times we had to get the card rescanned. The front desk was not helpful at all. Finally I got another room. They made it stressful."

"Small but beautiful rooms. The view of the capital is spectacular. The staff is an absolute delight. Mini fridge, hair dryer and clothes steamer available in room. Coffee, water and in-shower essentials are part of the amenities offered. Not a ton of closet space but functional for a short trip. Room is very clean. The only issue I had was with the bed. Unfortunately, it dipped down at the head. We slept at the foot instead. Be aware that the parking is expensive, we paid almost $150 for parking...

"Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs...

"Frigerator left in hall for 3 days. Loud noises through thin walls. Rude and unhelpful desk staff. Not pleasant 😕 trashcan was left IN toilet and shower had dirty, used rag left by cleaning staff."

"Warning: there is no free parking garage or space. You have to pay $65 or more for valet daily. The other option is to park your car on the streets which are very limited and infested with homeless. Most of the valet staff is nice but one guy was rude and condescending and visibly annoyed answering questions.
