Having a mini kitchen is really helpful, and there's a shop almost next door. Plus, there was a social happy hour with complimentary drinks and nibbles. It's a good view overlooking the water, but you can hear the traffic from the road on the other side. I could also hear a hairdryer in another room when I was in the corridor.
