"Very friendly/helpful staff upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and struggled to find any issues with the hotel. Bit of a diamond in the rough kind of area, however as a solo traveler, the unique code to get into the hotel and the room added that extra security. Easy walk to all amenities and to the city centre, less than 20 minutes. Great value for money "

Not allowed to go to carpark via resteraunt . Why walk all the way around with luggage makes no sense . Cardiff generally friendly city this was terrible ! Tv not working in one room as internet not working . No one cares . No one should stay here . "
