"We arrived on a Friday. There was plenty of parking. Front desk was fast and easy. They offered us whichever floor we wanted. We choose to stay on the main floor. The room was clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The only thing was the shower handle was hard to turn and the toilet surprised us with it's powerful flush. In the morning we had breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, pancakes, fruits, yogurt, juices, etc... It satisfied all of us. The property sits right next to a lake but there are bushes blocking the full view of the lake unless you wonder to the edge or have a high room floor. There is also a Dennys that shares parking with the hotel. The location was perfect for us because we were close to the places where we needed to go. The price was perfect. Not too expensive for what it offered. I'd book again in a heartbeat."

"Rooms were clean, check in was great the gentleman who checked us in provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the city and local events. I would give my experience 5 stars but there were 2 staff members that weren't nice. There was a manager who was yelling at a staff member and he didn't notice us standing there and stopped immediately when he did. Upon check out, the young lady at the front desk never acknowledged us and continued talking on the phone while checking us out."

"This was the third time I stayed at this hotel absolutely love it. The rooms are fantastic. The building is very cool. Unfortunately the staff that I dealt with was not very friendly not very helpful. This was only at the front desk every time I ask you a question seemed like I was bothering her."
