"Fantastic hotel in an equally good location."

"My second time staying. This time the sweet had a beautiful expanded and modern kitchen. However, virtually no dishes, pots or pans and no cutlery. Needless to say it was a beautiful kitchen, but not as much use except to keep things in the fridge. Manager should at least add some cutlery."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Pam was friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. We could see the sea from our bedroom window. It is a little far to the centre of town, so if you don't have a car, be prepared."

"Fabulous accommodation option for St Andrews. Amazingly well priced, studio apartment has everything you need, lots of parking, handy to a number of supermarkets, easy walking distance to town centre. Food on site. Only down side is that it’s only available during university holidays as it’s student accommodation. Would stay there every time if I could."

"Lovely bedroom, clean and well maintained. Staff lovely and helpful. Public space a bit limited for a hotel of this rating. Feel the outside signage for restaurant/bar lets it down. Breakfast also quite basic but adequate. Couldn’t fault the room or staff though."

"Easy and quick check in with an entry code. Lovely building and rooms were very nicely modernised with good quality materials. Nice option of little kitchen area. We only stayed for one night but it was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay."

Only complaint was when on the second day we requested vegetarian sausages, these did not come and when we asked about them we were told by a staff member that they dont know where they are or if they will come after 40 mins and to try again tomorrow. The shower worked fine. The bathroom could use a shelf or cabinet to put your stuff on. There was a coffee and teas station.
