"Loved tge front desk staff except for one african American guy (bald) and i think with glasses banged on my door hard to bring something and when I asked why he did that he had a sarcastic remark. Clayton (maintenance) was amazing amd deserve a raise as and all of the women at the front desk and restaurant. Loved it!"

"We really like this hotel. Warm staff. Superbly decorated rooms. It took awhile for the hot water to get to the 12th floor, but this is more suggestion (to install a pump system) than a critique. In-and-out parking worked slick. We'll be back! PWM"

"Room was nasty stains on the bed spider webs in the corners breakfast was nasty it was just God awful I will never stay there or recommend anyone staying there ever the staff were outrageous they wouldn't work with us except for give us new sheets instead of saying oh I'm sorry that they're stains everywhere toilets still had s*** in it it was horrible"

"Parking was confusing and not very big for hotel size. The customer desk check in wasn't very friendly. And I haven't heard any news on my deposit... Otherwise the stay was decent."

"I have been to the casino and steakhouse several times (always a good time and amazing food) but this was my first time staying in the hotel. The room was larger than expected for a standard room, very clean and comfortable. Shockingly quiet too! We were right by two rooms of a “boys’ weekend” party and even though they were having a great time, we barely heard them! Overall, a lovely stay. "
