I checked into the AmeriVu in Waconia, MN on Thursday May 9, 2024 to visit with my children and grandchildren for a few days. I reported a shelf in the cabinet that was broken. I was told it would be taken care of. NO one ever came to the room to handle it. I was there from Thursday, May 9 and checked out on Sunday May 12. I never once had my room cleaned, No Clean Towels, even the Trash piled up and Not Once checked or Cleaned! The bed was Never changed or made. For spending more than $430. This was POOR SERVICE. I mentioned all of this to the guy behind the desk when I checked out on Sunday, He told me that they have a policy that None of those things are done unless you ask. I asked him, if I stayed for more than a week nothing would get done? He said that is the policy for AmeriVU hotels! I was Very Unimpressed with the NO SERVICE and the man behind the desk. If anyone wants to have a Great time in a hotel in Waconia, Minnesota pick another one. You might have a Much Better time and Service.
