"This place was a gem!!! We got off at the wrong train stop and had to get a taxi. The taxi driver called the hotel a couple as he was unfamiliar with the area and Lucretzia was more than helpful! She met us down the hill where the taxi driver dropped us and helped with our bags! She was amazing. The courtyard was a million dollar view and we enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine there. "In a beautiful old building, very well maintained, clean, and with very helpful staff. The only minor detail is that the shower fittings could be improved a little and made more flexible."

"Good location in Spoleto with adequate parking. Room was quickly made up— items like soap missing and floor was not dusted. Few outlets and desk staff sometimes just not there but when present, they were helpful. It’s more of a business meeting place."
