"The location of this property is excellent for walking to the old part of town. Also, the staff is very good and provide excellent service!"

"Great little hotel with super friendly staff. Our room was ready really early and we were allowed to check in which was a bonus. Nice and quiet room and great breakfast included in the cost. We’d stay here again."

"Breakfast was great, and there was ample parking. The location was very convenient."

"Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. "Staff very welcoming. Place is a restaurant and B&B. Wonderful breakfast! Parking convenient. Not a walkable Location l, but very convenient drive to Spoleto. I had a private room off the main house, only issue was the bathroom was dated but still clean and functional. Gorgeous view of the lower valley."

"A very nice place to stay in Spoleto. Very comfortable, and Anamaria was such a nice person to us. We were driving a car, so the distance to all the tourist spots and restaurants was not a problem for us. "
