"Rooms were clean, staff helpful. Unfortunately some spa amenities were out of order and couldn’t be used. There is an odour coming from the spa to the floors - something is wrong with the air flow in the hotel and needs to be addressed by the management. The food at restaurant was below our expectations. Don’t order fish there - it wasn’t eatable, but we were charged anyway…"

"This was our second stay at this hotel. We booked again because the first stay was so good. We spent two weeks traveling through Croatia and this was by far our favorite hotel. The hotel is immaculate in cleanliness, perfect location and very helpful staff. It was very warm outside and the central location allowed us ample opportunities to explore, go back to the room and cool off then back out. We had breakfast each day and the selection and food were tasty. Don’t miss the gelato shop...

"This hotel has a great location in the heart of the Old town of Split. Taxis cannot go to the hotel itself, but it is a short, flat walk from the north of the old town to the hotel which is easy with suitcases. The hotel has a lift, which is great and the rooms were well air conditioned, quiet and vary large for the central area.
