"Service provided by the shuttle staff is absolutely amazing. The few members of staff truly gave it a more exceptional experience, some may even teach you a little Italian along your adventure. WiFi was not great nearly impossible to watch the television, or connect for business due to constant connection issues. Food Menus rather simple but good. "

"We booked this hotel expecting 5 Star treatment. We arranged trsfr from ferry to hotel they sent a very nice man in a tiny Fiat for 2 people and luggage. I sat with a suitcase on my lap one next to me and myself holding the hatchback closed cause our luggage didn't fit. After arriving we then climbed 77 stairs tired and exhausted from the travel.
