"I was given a room with a balcony by thr older desk gentleman and it was totally relaxing. The room had beautiful blue tile, many light choices and an electric shade to the outside and one in the bathroom in glass. The best for lights were dimmed ones at night like little stars, not too bright, so I could see if I needed to get up. "Staff was VERY unfriendly and uncooperative. Checking was supposed to be at 2 pm. We have to wait until 4pm. The receptionist at the front desk checked-in like several people who arrived after despite the fact that we arrived at 130 pm. I felt DISCRIMINATED. All customers who arrived after us were Italian.
