"Nice place all around. Great views. Only real complaints would be the temp of the room. No matter what it was a sweat box until we found out we could get a fan so that helped. WiFi didn't work in the room. Maybe not as big of a deal to others but when you need WiFi to call or FaceTime it's helpful. "Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz vorhanden. Einige Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer mit Schimmel an einer Wand bekommen. Nach kurzer Mängelanzeige bei der Rezeption wurde das Zimmer problemlos gewechselt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und reichhaltig. Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen "

"Stop being pretentious and serve pints in the bar and not damned “schooners”. I don’t want a “schooner” I want a pint. Why management dictates this I have no idea. I would have stayed here many more times over the past years because of this. Otherwise excellent. Great breakfast nice room, good location. Would have been 5 stars but for this bit of management dictated nonsense. "

"We are usually premier inn customers but this time the Hilton was cheaper to stay. We were seeing Eric Clapton at Liverpool and we are local but decided to make a weekend of it. Hotel was lovely but just felt everything was a bit stingee. Cups In room were tiny and one milk each, one tea bag each. Chairs in room weren’t comfy and no fridge. Not enough staff on. Quite pricy at the bar. Overall nice place to stay x "

"It is my 2nd time staying at the hotel, As per before the experience was very pleasant clean helpful and polite staff, easy checking and out and the parking is very helpful- I would recommend the hotel- however it is a pity the English breakfast is no longer available, I did enjoy it on my 1st visit!"
