Between the concierge helping us prep for the storm to the front desk staff making it easy to extend our stay, to the cleaning staff making sure we had enough supplies to last throughout the storm, I can’t thank Hyatt enough for making a stressful situation easier. Would highly recommend. "

"Very nice hotel, clean and our room was very quiet with great side view. Bottled water provided at hotel shop for free and we requested a kettle for our room. Great Location allowing approx. 15min walk into busy areas, Broadway Theatres and sight seeing areas. Fab deli across the road we used for breakfast/lunch (Park Ave Kitchen). Cons: Breakfast in hotel expensive for what was on offer, Bar only open from 5pm to 11pm and the 3 dollar charge for each bag left with door staff whether checking...
