"On check in , I was greeted by a very friendly chap. Answered my questions effectively. I had booked one of the upgraded rooms. Nice design, very clean, comfortable mattress. Be warned that rooms are quite small. Even sitting down on the toilet can be cramped ! Breakfast is satisfactory. Just continental. ..."

"Quite disappointed. Took a little longer than expected with check in. Appreciate it was after 11, however, the bar was still operating and thus noisy. I enquired if there was an event due to the volume. Check in team asked if I had been before, I explained I had not but then had to keep asking about ..."
