"What an amazing property. Love how they have renovated this beautiful old bank and kept so much character. The king suite was so spacious and comfortable and the Tellers restaurant and the Vault were both fabulous for food and drinks. Very convenient property for visiting downtown and the museums. Highly recommend!"

"Great customer service! We were placed in a room originally that ended up being next to a guest with a dog barking nonstop. We called and asked if there was any way they could try to contact the guest & they offered to move us if they couldn’t get in contact with him. We eventually moved rooms but the room we moved to had blood stained sheets and the toilet did not flush properly from the jump. There was also a smoke alarm that had been removed and replaced but the wire connectors were still...
