Nice lobby, rooms were very updated but the carpet to the stairs and the carpet and paint where the rooms were still look like they came from the early 2000's. Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels
Clean room. Friendly staff. Next time I won't use Expedia to book my stay. I'll go directly through the hotel. I was not aware of rooms with a view of the mountains from the balcony until I got to the desk to check in. At that time all the rooms with a view were taken, so I was told.
