"Seemed to be a safe location situated rught beside a police station. Room was clean, bed was comfy, morning staff was friendly... a good place for a quick drive through stop "

"Hotel lobby was clean and bright. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered warm eggs and sausages along with make your own waffles. Plenty of parking that was well lit at night. Definitely would stay again!"

"The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. "

"Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!"

"The hotel’s maintenance is in disarray. The doorknobs are falling off, and the pool water was green. Strangely, there was a sign near my room’s emergency exit that discouraged its use. I’m not sure the fire department would approve of that sign. On the positive side, the staff and breakfast were quite good. "

"Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend "

"Breakfast was okay, not to many options Toast, eggs, turkey sausage and waffle. The hotel can use some updating, towels were on the small size, tv service needs updating basic local channels no cable. Ample parking and staff was pleasant. Would I stay again? maybe but only for a night, not a long stay nor with kids LOL "

"The lady checking me in was very unprofessional, the room stunk like someone had smoked in it and there was a cigarette burn on my sheet. If I would have not already paid for the room I would NEVER have stayed. "

"First of all, let me say that if you stay at this facility, you will have no staff on property at night to clean your room if you need cleaning,, when I arrived at this facility, first of all it was nothing like it was posted on Expedia. When I got my key went into the room. The rug was the first thing I noticed it was filthy all kind of stains on it I don’t know what it was. I advise my family not to walk on this carpet bare foot because I didn’t know what was on that carpet. It looked like...

"The ladies in the breakfast area were attentive and kept foods refilled"

"The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. "

"The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."
