"On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. "We stayed in the main building where is obvious it is under renovation, (should probably be disclosed when booking). The room was spacious with a lovely big bed, issue was it was nearly 30° when we stayed and there was no air con in the room just a dusty tower fan and a window that only opened a jar. Also the lighting in the room is poor, I had to put a flash light over the 1 full length mirror to do my make up to go out. When we arrived at the hotel check in was easy enough but it is at 4pm...

Couldn't get hold of anyone to begin with even though its meant to be 24/7, eventually moved room and that was just as bad, floor doesn't look like its ever been cleaned, hair and pubic hair all over the bed, again so noisy, can hear everything from above and joining room.
