Hotel Dekat Albany Leisure Centre

"We used it as a base. It was clean, tidy and staff were fab."

"Breakfast could use more of the healthy options. And hand sanitizer on entry to buffet would be a good idea."

"Good digs, lots of good pubs about."

"location is good"

"No A/C! That should be in the ad. No ice. No fridge. Pub next door is nice. They advertise how wonderful their beds are. They are NOT wonderful. Very firm. Sleeping with the window open is not my idea of A/C. Will never stay at a Premier Inn again."

"They asked me to call 20 minutes in advance before we arrived. As we arrived at the destination, they moved us last minute to a new destination even though we gave them 20minutes to tell us. There was also no WIFI or hot water."

"In a very nice part of town. Super clean and the staff was so helpful!"

"I can really say everything exceeded my expectations. Going somewhere new you always hope for the best. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions or concerns regarding the room or just seeing the sites. I definitely would stay there again with no problems. Thanks for all your hospitality😁"

"The Royal Oak is the best place to stay in London. The staff is superb, very friendly and quite helpful. The food prepared by their cook Sammi is delicious - the slow-roasted tomatoes were the best, she roasted them overnight and they were sooooo good!! Our room was very clean, well appointed, cleaned daily and filled with goodies and tea! Jay, Dawn, Maria and the rest of the staff made our stay so enjoyable!! They always had time for us, answered every question we had, helped us navigate...

"A lovely B&B. Very friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean, tidy, close to the Tube. We had the disadvantage of visiting during the heatwave and the house was a bit of a heat trap, but the fan helped, and I’d absolutely go back at a slightly cooler time!"

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"Le personnel de l'hôtel était très courtois et était disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Le buffet pour les petits-déjeuners était bien aussi, beaucoup de choix. La chambre était propre et grande. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Nous avons reçu le remboursement du dépôt de sécurité le lendemain de notre départ sans aucun problème. Le seul point négatif que j'aurais concernant cet hôtel est le plancher de la salle de bain de ma chambre qui doit être changé. Les coins du plancher étaient...

"Quiet, clean everything I needed. And the bed was very comfy!"
