"The hotel room we stayed in could do with refurbishment and some items in hall way old picture and junk could do with removing as it’s not a good look
Room no 3 above boiler which woke us at 06.15 we did manage to get back to sleep though however went to use shower no hot water ! the hot/cold dial just went around I would suggest this has been broken for some time
Room rather cramped and not worth paying extra for a sea view as cars parked and view restricted
The plus were excellent breakfast...

"The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. "
