"From the excellent welcome by the reception staff to the bar, restaurant and room staff it was faultless. The breakfast was of good quality and hot. The only comment would be that the shower did not drain quickly enough and I have liked to have been able to cast films from my iPad to the tv."

"The hotel was lovely, we were able to store our bags before check in. Spa facilties were amazing, shampoo and body wash supplied in changing room and hotel rooms. Room very spacious. We didnt have sheets on one bed but this was quickly rectified."

"Booked an accessible room (I can stand and walk short distances). The room was “good enough” accessibility wise. No shower chair for the bathroom but at least the floor was cleaned daily… We accidentally triggered the emergency alarm and a staff member came to check we were okay, it was a false alarm but I was glad to know they do care. The breakfast on offer was okay, not much that was suitable for alternative diets (smoothies would’ve been nice), however that is pretty standard when I eat out...
