"The fire alarm was going - without cause - several times through the night and morning. Starting at 4AM. Sheets weren’t washed. The room key didn’t work after 2 attempts, so the staff told us to “come get them” if we left and had to get back in. "

"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a great wine bar. The room was quaint and cute. Some picky items: the AC clicked on and off all night, the mattress could use an upgrade, there could be better pillows. Would still stay there again. Great location and we appreciate a quaint boutique hotel. "

Our main complaint, which is not really the fault of current management but of whoever decided to build the hotel in that location, is that it was very noisy and I slept little. The hotel is sandwiched between I95 (which runs elevated directly behind the hotel) and Christopher Columbus Blvd directly in front, with the Ben Franklin Bridge practically overhead. "Updates were exceptional!!! Our room was beautiful and smelled wonderful!! Staff at the registration desk was wonderful! Valet service was a bit gruff. Had to go and find them to get my car after I got a message saying it was ready. Overall a good stay. "

"The entire room was dusty and dirty and disgusting. The toilet leaked, the fire alarm was literally hanging by wires and the ice machine was unusable. This is nothing like the pictures. There were gross stains on the carpet and the microwave was sticky. Do not stay here unless you are desperate."
