"The service from the reception staff was outstanding. We booked outside transport that was less than spectacular when we arrived and we were soaking wet, but the hotel welcome staff immediately brought us towels and a foot bath to make us comfortable, and assist us for in easy check in. The front desk staff was so very gracious and helpful with adjustments we had to make for returning by ferry when leaving. We did not dine in the restaurants so I cannot comment on that service, but we enjoyed...

"Spacous room, lovely open spaces, the pool was great and it was fantastic that there is ample shade provided on both the beach and around the pool. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help, with the exception of the house keeping staff who made us feel like it was am imposition to get the room cleaned before 3pm or request water, additional towels, etc. Otherwise, for a short stay outside of school holidays, we will definitely stay here again. "Large rooms! We choose a non ocean front as it had an outdoor shower. Resort was well kept and quiet. Good internet in main areas. Well stocked gift shop (some trinkets were cheaper than the ‘pop up’ local stalls that set up at the hotel). Fairly well lit at night walking to rooms (the kids liked looking for frogs). Good menu options and variety of breakfast foods. You could order food from the bar in between restaurant times I think. Free daily activities offered however during our stay not...

"Nice, family friendly resort. Staff have smiles on their faces. Plenty of food available for every meal. Golf course is fun but needs some serious attention to greens, mowing, green flags etc. Our room was spacious and quiet."
