"We stayed here one night before flying out of Milwaukee. We were disappointed to find upon check in that the shuttle does not start until 4:00am and only runs every half hour. There were also chips crushed on the floor of our room upon arrival near the bed. Overall, not what we expected."

"We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly"

"Unique and fun pool area. The complimentary breakfast was very good, nice bar/lounge/restaurant. The hotel could use updates but very clean overall. Would stay here again, the kids loved it "

"Allowed 2 groups to be helped before me, and 1 group to interrupt my check in. Charged $250 for notions hold. Toliet overflowed. Walls are thin so everything was loud. Left at 3am, looking like a cartoon character ready to die from exhaustion. I never have problems with Expedia, this was 100% the property/hotels doing. "
