"Well, my first vacation started horrible at this "motel". I booked my stay here for the sole purpose of having a "smoking room" but when I arrived none were available which is ridiculous since I paid for one and booked it almost a week prior. The place is ran by indians who barely speak English and have no clue what proper customer service is. Hot tub??? Where?? I looked all over the property and seen none! "Horrible! The room smelled so bad that I felt like my lungs got on fire… By the arrival found out that service dogs are not allowed at non-smoking rooms and I had to pay pet fee… which completely brakes the law… The bedding was filthy, walls were dirty and stained by the smoke… the smell was absolutely horrible… I had no idea that places like this one are allowed on Expedia. But the receptionist was nice."
