"Trash from previous occupant left in room; toilet seat not attached; only 3 electrical outlets in room; no ice machine; bedside table had outlets but there was no outlet to plug it into; no chairs of any kind; took trash to office to get another bag and they wanted me to take the trash to the dumpster - RIGHT!; only 2 overhead lights in room (1 in bathroom and 1 in bedroom) - no lamps; no hand soap; no tissues; shower barely sprayed out the water; no housekeeping - had to go to office to get...

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
