"We always enjoy our stay. Our king Suite with the double sofa bed was very cozy and spacious. The suite was clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was good. It had a nice big shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smells great! The pool is big and clean. They also had a kiddy pool. It feels like home away from home. "

"We arrived around 1am to the property and the young lady with red hair (Im so sorry I cant remember her name) was extremely nice, caring, and just overall made the stay 1000% better. When we checked in the first room they offered us had the ac broken. I reported it to her she ran back downstairs got us situated in another room and took us back up the new keys before we even finished packing back up. "Everyone was really helpful, had problems with my reservation at my own expense, but the front desk was helpful and getting everything straight and also called the other property to check for early check-in which the other property allowed myself in and my wife to get there and check in before check-in time I will always be grateful."

"My stay at the Jefferson Home was horrible the kitchen stayed dirty the back stayed dirty but of course I had to clean it because I used it 😒, everyone N the home was suppose to work together to make sure the home was comfortable for everyone there that wasn't the case no one from the property management team came to check on the property. "Old, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle. "

"In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years .
