"We just got home from a really lovely stay at The Rembrandt. We had a family room which was lovely and spacious. Plenty of towels, all facilities you would need in a hotel. We needed an iron which was promptly brought to the room and staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super easy too. "This was our first visit to Bournemouth, we were there to assist our granddaughter in her move to university and with the Chine Hotel we picked a gem of an Hotel. Arriving ahead of our check in time, we received a friendly welcome from the young lady on duty at the front desk and she informed us of all the on-site parking facilities available, so a great start. "Air conditioning is amazing beds very comfortable but had to check out on the 2nd night at 11pm due to the noise level from a function on & we were right above it! So really spoiled it, no rooms to change was offered! Not good when you have an autistic child with you and had to drive home which was a 3hour drive! "
