"Nice hotel, but make sure you reserve a parking spot if they offer that option. Expedia shows “parking available,” yet when I arrived they told me there was no space. I had to drive around for about 10 minutes to find a spot roughly 300 m away."

"Easy location, nice reception and helpful and polite staff. Perfect room, clean and comfortable. Decent shower but could do with some decoration/restoration to make it look cleaner. Perfect for a 1 night stop over from the airport!"

"Lovely clean hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy beds great air conditioning. No balcony but full patio type doors with railngs. Fab breakfast and even got a take away breakfast due to early flight. Kettle and cups but no tea/coffee or drinking water provided. This did not matter to us as we always take our own. Great fridge in room. Wine glasses and bottle opner provided. Buy wine from supermarket rather than hotel which is very expensive. Not many plug sockets or worktop space. Close to buses and train station and supermarket. 10- 15 minute walk to sea front. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"Lovely hotel and staff, we have stayed several times. Some rooms are older in style than others, but perfectly fine. All the staff are extremely friendly, The breakfast is very good. Great location 100m from the beach area which has several restaurants."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."

"Very basic hotel. Walkable to the Faro airport. I have stayed here three times. No in room fridge or coffee. Breakfast, for a fee, is available. Ive not tried the Breakfast as my flights are always to early. Food is available at a Pingo Doce Very nearby. "
