Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent...we will be back.

We had a fantastic stay here!! Beautiful views, wonderful staff, easy shuttle to and from Sorrento. The pool was beautiful, we stayed with our family and it was great. Big rooms for a family of 4 highly recommend. We would definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay. the kids loved the pool and views. They always found something to eat at breakfast. The room was very clean and the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Lovely hotel and lovely staff. There is a regular shuttle bus down to the town.

Was very impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Room cleaning was very good and all the staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The location to downtown is less than a 10 minute drive and the hotel has a shuttle bus with many choices of leave and return departure times. Overall a very good experience.

Lovely property, beautiful views, pool is great always have sun beds . The gym was surprisingly good , would be good to give some water in the gym. We liked the fact that it was a short shuttle to sorrento so you have best of both. Food unfortunately at lunch and bar was not good but we ate chips and snacks only

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful with all the questions we had. They were professional and polite. The hotel it self was very nice and clean. The views from our room were AMAZING. Ttg shuttle was very convenient and fairly often. I would definitely stay at the this hotel again.

Beautiful views to stay. We enjoyed staying with our 9 years old daughter. The only downside for us was it's far from the center of Sorrento. Although the hotel included shuttle bus, the schedule is no frequent enough. The hotel is not safe for walking distance. Other than that, the breakfast was great! Dinner was delicious. Staff were excellent!!

The hotel was amazing - the staff was very accommodating and the views were great. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They really make you feel tended to and are lovely people. The rooms could have been cleaner - found some small hairs around that could have been easily vacuumed. Outside of that, loved the room. The hotel breakfast is OK decent variety and a pretty robust juice jar. There could have been some cut fruit out (they had apples to go), and some more gluten free / vegetarian options. The pool is massive and clean. Very easy to find a chair to lay out on. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown Sorrento, but it is very packed. Try to get in line early. Worst case, you can take a cab but that will cost you around 30€. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel just a little outside of Positano. A very organized free shuttle gets you back and forth to town. It was reliable, quick and easy. The hotel staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was a nice touch each morning.

Amazing Stay in Sorrento

What an uncredible stay. The staff was super helpful. Carlos at reception was so nice and friendly. The staff at breakfast was very organized, and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel itself is so beautiful and grand, i would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in sorrento. We had a Seaview room and it was worth the extra cost. The mornings were so serene on the balcony of our room and the evening you can see all the lights and mountains. The room was bright and super clean. There is a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to Sorrento (downtown). The pool is amazing!!! While you swim you can see the mountains and beautiful views. It waa clean and the water wasnt freezing. I loved my stay and highly highly recommend it to anyone!

The staff were fabulous, friendly and very knowledgable. It might say 4 star for the building, but the customer service was definitely 5 star! The free shuttle bus was fantastic into town, to see all the sites! The view from the pool, restaurant and balconies is incredible! We also used the spa room for massages, great experience & reasonable price! The only negative, would be that they need another mirror in the bedroom by the vanity unit. As the only full length is attached to the bathroom door with no access to a plug. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Sorrento and look forward to going back soon!

This is a really nice property. Our room was clean and be had a beautiful view. The shuttle to and from town was a huge plus. The only complaint we had was that the restaurant staff were not very friendly.
