Perfect location, where you can feel the vibe of Sorrento. In the heart of everything around, makes you wanna discover the bliss of the place! The room was spacious, very clean and cozy. the best bed and breakfast I could have, thanks to Antonella and Nunzia - these women are so caring, kind and pleasant. Francesco is a great host and Ivan is very informative and caring, always with a big smile, made me feel safe.

We Loved It

The lodging is small and perfect for our needs. The very best part of our experience was the husband and wife team working as the staff. Breakfast in the morning was one of the highlights of our stay. There are only a handful of rooms, and everyone eats at a common table. The lady of the establishment cooks eggs to order, makes cappuccino, ham and eggs sandwiches, and more. During breakfast I met people from all over Europe. My wife sleeps in a bit, and when I asked for a cappuccino for her, an entire breakfast was delivered to our door. Rooms were impeccably clean. The only downside to Casa Sorrentina is there can be a bit of street noise at night. If we return to Sorrento, we will stay here.

Francisco's attitude was very annoying when he refused to provide an invoice upon check-in and payment. When we asked for the invoice, he told us it wasn't possible and that we should have requested it earlier. He wasn't clear about it since we had just requested it after paying. This had never happened to us in any hotel. He gave implausible excuses and said he would send it upon checkout, which he never did. It was abusive on his part.

Casa Sorrentina is perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento just steps away from shops, restaurants, and historic sites. A three-minute walk takes you to panoramic views of the water and coastline. We were lovingly cared for by Antonella who prepared delicious breakfasts for us each morning and brightened our days. She is a true gem. Our room was large and comfortable, with a Juliet balcony overlooking the cobblestone street below were pedestrians strolled beneath orange trees enjoying the sites. Although there isn't on-site parking, there are two garages within easy walking distant. We enjoyed four wonderful days here and can highly recommend it.

This location is very convenient for going anywhere in Sorrento. It is on the main walking street of Sorento. You can get a taxi from the port or the train station and it will take you to the main square and then you must walk a half a block to the entrance. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building that does not have an elevator so you will need to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The reception is not manned until 2:00pm and so you will need to wait until someone comes to open the door of the property. The room was a good size but there are no windows that look out onto a street. The bathroom has a nice shower with strong hot water. The room was not cleaned regularly and we had to ask for clean towels and additional toilet paper twice. The breakfast options are limited to pastries, sometimes cut-up fruit, scrambled eggs (even though they are fried for you when you come for breakfast, the ladies don't seem to know how to make anything else with the eggs), and a ham panini. The best thing about this place is its location.

This property was very clean. Our room was big and we had plenty of room for the four of us. Check in process was easy. I felt safe. This did not feel like a hotel. It felt like a large apartment with multiple bedrooms. This was ok with us, just looking for a clean place to sleep for a night. Biggest negative for us was the noise. Location is convenient but also in the heart of all the noise (middle of August). Plenty of street noise can be heard until late. Breakfast service started early but also next to most of the room doors so you will get early noise too. So overall, I would recommend this budget friendly option, but perhaps not in the middle of August when street noise is likely at its peak. I would also recommend the property to maybe skip the breakfast option as to provide a quieter environment for the guests in the morning especially during the busier months. Maybe just grab and go options.

Amazing location in Sorrento. The staff is wonderful, especially at breakfast, with plentiful food, prepared on site for you by them with kindness and dedication. Location is PERFECT, on Main Street where everyone walk all day. No cars at night. Some mild noise from outside didn’t affect our sleep. For sure we would come back to the same place.

We booked a much larger room advertised on the website but when we arrived at 5pm they only had a small room for 4 with a bed they added. They said all the rooms were the same but we saw the large room when we checked out. Given the language issue no one to complain to but we absolutely would expect a refund- hotels.com is also at fault so doubt will use that service again.

No one available at reception till 2 pm. Hence no early check in, no one to help with luggage to the b&b at first floor (14 ft ceilings) no lift or handrails. Online pictures of rooms not available on hotels.com. owner told me we got the cheap rooms, but nothing else was listed. Linen and towels only changed every three days, 20 euro charge for clean linen, but we stayed 4 days, they did not change linen etc. Breakfast is good.

What a cute and quaint little property. It’s right in the middle of a block full of shops and restaurants. Very beautiful very quiet, but the staff is incredible. Particularly the breakfast staff. The two ladies were phenomenal. Very caring and very attentive. This property is close to pretty much everything you would want to go and do or see.

Fantastic location right on the main pedestrian street in town. Effortless check-in. We stayed in a large triple room. Check-in was easy, and the breakfast, along with the ladies serving it, was terrific. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

Property was fantastic. Staff amazing. Nancy and her colleague are so pleasant. They prepared fresh breakfast everyday and made sure you had plenty. I recommend the cake baked by Francesco and the freshly made marmalade jam. You will not be disappointed if you ever book a stay here.
