"The staff was amazing especially Abd El Hamid from housekeeping and Abd El Baset ( one of the chefs; he had Falafel prepared especially for me At breakfast), beach staff were brilliant. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, smiley. Sea water was stunning, I had a sailing catamaran course with Mohamed Shaaban who was a genius. Thank you to all the staff and will definitely go back."

The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. "Poolbereich vor dem Hoteleingang zugehörig zu einem anderen Block. Hauptpoolbereich ärmlich, bezugslos zum Hotelumfeld. Keine Begrünung nur Rasenflächen. Nett gestalteter Bereich der Bar "Rooftop" als auch Innenhof. Essen entsprach in keinster Weise einem 5 Sternehotel - mittelmäßig - satt wird man. Speiseraum gleicht einer Kantine - laut. Zugang zum Strand abenteuerlich und baden nur über den Steg. Leider ist die alteingessene Tauchbasis mit dem herzlich Charakter nicht mehr vorhanden. "
