"Bartender did not make good drinks, margarita and mojito were straight lime, not good tarting at all and forgot the salt. Also, after the solo singer left, you’d think music would be playing at least on some speakers but nothing. Also, not enough area to sit at the pool/deck area. "

"Room was spacious, spotless, and in a great walkable area! There’s restaurants, liquor stores, and coffee all within walking distance. We walked to broadway all weekend. Try the boozy ice cream next door!!"

"This hotel was very nice and a good value for the money laundry was in suite, which was nice.. And we were delighted to find a hidden sauna in the gym area that we didn't know about."

"I recently stayed at Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center and unfortunately had issues with the room. The sofa bed did not open properly and was not clean (we even found Q-tips underneath), so we had to use it as a regular sofa. The bathroom door was also missing a handle, leaving a large hole. The staff was friendly and helpful, although we had to wait longer than expected to receive sheets after requesting them, since we couldn’t use the sofa bed as intended. The location is great, but overall the room condition did not meet expectations. This may have been an isolated issue, but it impacted our stay."

"Did not use the breakfast but it looked good. Staff was pleasant but did not communicate with us to when our room was available. For some reason there was no cleaning service done our room on one of the days. "

"The place is awesome..early check in was made possible by the lovely front desk clerk.thank you so much!! Water & snacks given upon check in also...room was beautiful, clean etc. Bed ahhh....lol...nice bar with cool happy hour deals & food, little bodega area w/ games to play for kids or adults...great pool area...best of all, close to everything, Broadway right down the street...Im going back ASAP"
