"The property is clean and in proper order. The building is very quiet also, no booming or doors slamming during the night. The coffee offered is excellent. I tavel a lot for business and expect nasty "hotel coffee". Here, it was genuine, tasty coffee that I enjoyed. Hilton does indeed set the standard."

"Customer service was outstanding, all employees were helpful and friendly. There was a very nice continental breakfast included. Unfortunately the waffle makers were not working but all the other food was tasty and warm except for the sausage patties. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. It was handy have a good sized refrigerator. "

"It was great overall! I had trouble finding a working ice machine - literally went to like every floor before asking the front desk. That was really the only problem I had. Pool was decent, gym was kind of small but had the essentials. The attached restaurant was delicious and the servers were super nice!"

"I would like to add that two of the staff members get an A+ from my husband and I their friendliness and efficiency and just their all around presence made our stay that much better. "The staff was very helpful when our TV wasn't working and when we couldn't figure out our AC. They even helped with our toilet and cleaned and replaced our towels while doing so. And our light under the microwave needed to be replaced too. I thought you guys provided things like silverware, plates, cups etc... but I was wrong. "Walked in to check in, lady at desk started to yell at me because im cheap, didnt pay enough for my room. I dont have any thing to do with the price, i got the price that expedia gave me. Got to the room and there were ticks in the bed.
