"Came two times a month apart and hot tub was not working either time. The bass from the loud music was too much and gave me a headache. From the room, you don't hear the music, just loud thumping noise from the bass- not enjoyable. The AC was difficult to control. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were wonderful and the restaurants have very good food."

"It was very convenient to the beach. That was the best part. The room was very specious with a shared balcony. I recommend renting a car to go grocery shopping and to also explore. There are not healthy options to eat in the area so I drove to the pier and also downtown. I would recommend staying here knowing there are no amenities. No front desk, no pool, etc. you have to park on the street but do not have to pay as they register the vehicle."

"Beautiful resort and views. Excellent beach. However the resort is a little boring and there’s not much happening in the lobby or common area. If you’re not dining there isn’t much in the way of entertainment at night, and there’s nowhere nearby worth walking to (fine for a resort stay but not fine if the resort is lacking action)."

"What a wonderful place to stay at. Great location for everything you need to do in downtown St. Pete. The only thing that I didn't like was there was no parking for the hotel unless you Valet. Other than the parking everything was great. 9/10"

"Things I loved about staying at Sabal Palm- the proximity to the beach, kindness of staff, bikes, beach supplies- chairs, umbrellas, etc., having a laundry facility, and proximity to other beaches and restaurants. Things not so top notch- bath towels- hand towels- washcloths dingy white and warn out. These really should be replaced. After first two days, washcloths were not replaced with fresh towels.(nit picky I know.) Some of the walls had stain marks - could use a Mr Clean sponge. The...

"We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. Made us feel part of a family. We had never visited St Petersburgh before, but everyone was so knowledgeable about the area, we didn’t feel as though we missed out on anything. The most important thing for us was that we were made to feel like people and not a number. We will definitely come back if ever in St Petersburgh. Pat and Roy (UK)"
