"Good view of the ocean from our balcony…some construction being done on the new pool and bar but was not an issue The staff were excellent..our room was cleaned daily…the food was good and well prepared. The hotel and surrounding area was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay "

"I loved the location and it not being a large hotel...leaves plenty of room on their private beach. I liked the layout of the room and decoration. The property appears well maintained with employees that seem to care about their work. Now what I found that I did not like and I am only saying these things because I want them to become better. The room furniture was delaminating and should be replaced. Room overall was clean; the tile floor in the room is beautiful but more attention should be taken to thoroughly clean the floor so my socks and feet do not look like I ran out on dirt(this is the one thing that bothers me a lot). Despite those small complaints I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again."

"Pros: Excellent position on St Pete beach. Miles of beautiful white sand and warm water. Very low waves and shallow water so excellent for kids. Not at all crowded (May 6-May 13). Helpful staff. Cons: Pools were small so got crowded and sometimes hard to find a chair to sit in (lots of pools though). Parking is $25/day, but so are all the other hotels in the area. Chairs/Umbrellas on the beach were complimentary only for rows 2 and 3, but not first row (the kids working those were great btw). Delayed check out was $20/hour past 11:00am. These are nickel and dime'ing considering the cost of the hotel itself."

"Breakfast was good. I was surprised I had to pay to park though it was probably mentioned somewhere that I missed. The hotel was nice and close to the reason I was in the area. I will stay here again. "

"It was very convenient to the beach. That was the best part. The room was very specious with a shared balcony. I recommend renting a car to go grocery shopping and to also explore. There are not healthy options to eat in the area so I drove to the pier and also downtown. I would recommend staying here knowing there are no amenities. No front desk, no pool, etc. you have to park on the street but do not have to pay as they register the vehicle."

"Came two times a month apart and hot tub was not working either time. The bass from the loud music was too much and gave me a headache. From the room, you don't hear the music, just loud thumping noise from the bass- not enjoyable. The AC was difficult to control. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were wonderful and the restaurants have very good food."

"Property was not well maintained. Room was dirty upon arrival. Towels in room were very old and not up to par for the price they are charging. Restaurant was just ok, staff needs to be better trained in all operations of the hotel. Did not like that there was no self parking option. Valet was great but I like to self park, if possible. High price for an average experience!!"
