"This is a roach infested hotel! Flying gnats too. Didn’t seem to be a surprise to the front desk staff. She gave me rewards points, but that doesn’t make it better. The white bedding, though clean, had blood stains. This shouldn’t have ever been used for a customer until bleached out. Though the front desk clerk was very kind and apologetic we checked out early and forfeited our second night which had been paid in advance. After killing gnats and one German cockroach before going to sleep waking up and turning on the light between the beds to see three more cockroaches scurrying, I knew that there was no way I would chance sleeping here again! "

"They are in the middle of a renovation which wasn’t an issue. The issue was we were in a renovated room and that room looked like it was renovated by a 3yr old. They painted over plugs left holes, sink was still leaking. It was just a horrible job."
